The carpet we had cleaned had not been cleaned in many years (in the basement), we were prepared to replace it if the cleaning did not work. But all the stains came out and the carpet looks great!!

I like the way my carpets look and smell after cleaning. Most stains were removed and my carpet looked almost like new again. Plus the carpets smelled fresh. The service was great technician was very knowledgable and professional. I would rate Zerorez as the best I have used and I have used quite a few.

Our carpet is very clean and all the employees I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. I scheduled online and then called customer service to inquire about a promotion I had heard about on the radio. The person I spoke with was friendly, helpful and professional. The technician that came to our home, Omar Green, was friendly and personable and made helpful recommendations. I would use Zerorez again for carpet cleaning and consider them for other services.
