I don’t normally take the time to write reviews but my experience with Ty, my technician, was outstanding! He was kind, extremely knowledgeable and honest about the work we needed done. He went above and beyond with suggestions to keep our HVAC systems clean and was a delight to have in our home. Because of his impressive service, I will use Zerorez for future needs.

I’m not sure of the technician who did our rugs upstairs because I wasn’t there but he absolutely did the most fabulous job. We’ve had several others but this particular individual did the best job we’ve ever experienced. He didn’t miss a thing the upstairs carpeting is probably over 20 years old, but you’d never know it. Thank you for a job well done.
