The technician was very personable and cared about the outcome of our service. He explained our best options and delivered the products as best he could. We had a lot of spots on the carpet and he did a great job of getting them up. There was some stubborn spots, and those weren’t able to come up. He was a pleasure to talk to and work with very professional.
