The person who cleaned my carpets was wonderful. He was extremely knoweledgable, very friendly, and very helpful. Next time I get my carpets cleaned, I would like for him to come do them.

James, the technician, was fantastic! He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and just all around good guy! He did a great job!

Also, he was able to provide me cost numbers for an area rug I wanted to get cleaned.

I also appreciated that he set up wall/corner protectors so the hoses wouldn't rub the walls in my home. This was the first time we have used your company to clean our carpet. Overall, we were pleased. However, the service should have included the protectant. $30 per room charge was too high. We would like to see you have a “whole house” package that includes a protectant applied after the cleaning.

First off, Mr. Farley was extremely professional, courteous, and on time! He came in and surveyed what I had going on and advised he would pre-treat the carpet and attempt to get out the red clay dirt. By the time he'd finished the first spot, I was amazed and encouraged that he'd be able to get it all out and he did! I am ecstatic with the job he did. These carpets pretty much look new thanks to Mr. Farley and Zerorez!

The great results with getting my carpet clean

This was a great experience. Rocio gave wonderful customer service when I was confirming my appointment. She was very friendly and answered all my questions quickly. Lee was great. When I met him, he put me at ease about the work he would be doing. He was extremely professional and I have no doubt he would do a great job. Well, once he was finished, my thoughts were immediately confirmed by the beautiful job he did on my home. I will definitely call on Zerorez again for cleaning and I hope everyone is as kind and professional as Rocio and Lee.
