The rechnician Jordan is very knowledgable. He is very cooperative to work with and he understands the perceived problem you want to have fixed. He then goes about getting it fixed. He represents your company very well. We had one person from your company in the past and we would not let that person in our home again. We specifically stated that to the scheduler and we were assured this other person would not be returning..and in fact they did not. So when Jordan showed up it was like having the president of your company Coe into our house. He was an absolute improvement. JFW

The tech was a little later than what I expected for my 10am to 1pm appointment window, he arrived about 11:30 which is not necessarily the tech's fault. He was very nice and I liked him. He seemed very conscious about his job and taking care of details as far as cleaning our carpet etc. He had problems with the equipment in the truck, which I feel was still not his problem but the job took a little longer than expected. He had to stop 2-3 times to call tech/someone to figure out how to make the equipment work well enough to finish our job. The job was finished around 01:00 pm and Charles left very professionally almost too fast for me to express my gratitude for his service. I think Charles is a great guy and a credit to Zerorez. He is welcome to come back to my house again. I wish him well.

You came when you said you would and cleaned for the price originally quoted. The carpet looks great!
