We have a bumpy start with the office. They did not let us know that they would need payment before they started. I had expressed that there would be no one home when the service would be done and they never told me until 30 minutes before the tech came out.
I will tell you the tech was amazing he was so helpful and really eased my mind. I believe his name was Steve. He was wonderful.

They were quick, but efficient and the end product was wonderful. It actually dried very quickly. I do wish the rug cleaning didn’t take so long, but if you want it done right it will take time
