Great job. Nice to freshen up the carpets for Xmas.
He was very knowledgeable about carpet. We had makeup stains in the carpet; and he explained how makeup stains may be difficult to get out of the carpet. Plus, we had a pet. He was able to get those stains out of the carpet. Everything smells better and looks better.
He also proposed carpet stechting because we had ripples in the carpet. We may consider that option.
