It was precise and effective

Tim Tyree and his coworker technician were both great with services, recommendations, explaining my specific needs. I was called ahead of time, they were prompt, friendly, courteous and professional, and even wore shoe covers in home. I have recommended Zerorez to several friends in neighborhood. They took time to assist me with payment (as my old iphone 6 is unable to download your payment app) as well as most others. Zerorez may want to take into consideration that the elderly which is the community I live in 62 single houses with 90% over 70 yrs of age, does not stay up to date with latest technology. While it is convenient for Zerorez, and the technicians, and a fast customer service option: we just don't buy another phone when the ios prevents us from downloading an app. If we can text, call, look at facebook pages we really don't want to upgrade til absolutely necessary. :)
Both techs made many attempts to resolve my issue and they were able to send me the link via my computer which is only 1 yr old. They did not give up and I didn't have enough money in checking to write a check. Please educate your other techs on how to send the link to email so us stubborn and penny wise baby boomers, who keep phones til they no longer work, have an alternative method of receiving a payment link. I could not ask for better service and patience than these two guys!!!

Professional, cost effective, easy to book!

Zerorez team lived up to their usual exceptional standard! The guys showed up 1 hour early, AFTER texting to ask if that was ok (it was), got right to work, and did an excellent job. They covered the whole house in about an hour, including dealing with stains and high traffic areas, VERY pleased with the results!
