I’m not sure of the technician who did our rugs upstairs because I wasn’t there but he absolutely did the most fabulous job. We’ve had several others but this particular individual did the best job we’ve ever experienced. He didn’t miss a thing the upstairs carpeting is probably over 20 years old, but you’d never know it.
