Carpet cleaning and the crew were very excellent.

The bad: I paid for smoke scent removal and after 3 days the scent is back. Way to much money for an ineffective treatment.

This was a follow-up service to clean heavy traffic area. Although Mike did an excellent job on 9/21, I'm somewhat reluctant to use Zerorez again. Definitely was not pleased with the initial cleaning on 9/14.

The carpet cleaning services are excellent.

The technician that came to my house was very friendly (especially to my dog!) He explained what he was going to do, asked about other services I might want or need, and did a great job cleaning my carpeting.

He arrived on time. Actually early. The job he did was great. The carpet looks and smells so much better. I would use them again.
