Client Testimonials

Really gets carpet cleaned.service very good. He made sure I was pleased with the results.

Carpets look great. He moved the smaller furniture and did a good job. However, although he was finished mid-afternoon, the carpets were still quite wet when we went to bed around 10. We sis put the heat up to 75, and turned on all ceiling fans.

The representative explained thoroughly what he was doing. And, did a great job !

Want everyone on the Zerorez team to know my Technician Chris B is a fantastic representative of your brand! His knowledge of what was going on with persistent spots on our carpet, ability to treat them the right way and his attention to detail was impressive... and he did it all with a great smile! He and his partner got in, did the job and left my home without a trace that they were even here... except for really clean carpets! You guys always do good work for us, but wanted you to know Christopher B delivers what you do in a special way! Keep hiring and training them like that!

Carpets look great. Technician was professional, friendly and on time. Thanks

Our carpets and area rugs are always cleaned well. They don’t have that crunchy, soapy residue that attracts the dirt and they smell clean. The crews are always on time and very professional. We’ve used Zerorez for years and we plan to use them for years to come.

This is my third time using ZeroRez. First was for carpet cleaning, second was for upholstery cleaning and this visit was for carpet cleaning, In all three cases, you did a great job and I continue to be impressed by the quality of your service. Michael Jones took care of our carpet cleaning yesterday and he did a great job!

Hope "our" young man is available next time. Great job!
