My carpets look and smell wonderful. I love that they offer a guarantee for 30 days or they come back and re-service the area. My daughter went through a phase when she lost her father where she would hide and urinate on the carpet. It feels great knowing that the smell and germs are gone.

Our service person was the absolute Best period! He walked us through the process and gave us tips on how to maintain the carpet. He was also able to remove some heavily stained areas that we were very concerned about. It played a role in making our Party the next day a huge success.
