We loved how quickly it dried afterwards, and our carpets look brand new even through they’re 15 years old. The customer service was fantasic, they did a great job of explaining the services they were doing. Only complaint is that the service vehicle left an oil stain on my driveway

You were on time and the carpets looked great right after they were done but the old stains in one room started showing up the very next day due to wicking we assume. I called about the problem expecting frankly to get blown off, but instead you offered to come back the very next day at no charge (I was again surprised by that) and do it all again. The same guy (Ethan) came out about a week later due to my schedule and treated everything that needed it. My issues were almost exclusively in the master bedroom but there were some spots elsewhere which he fixed.

Ethan is great and a very pleasant guy with great manners. You don't get that very often. I work in Human Resources and have met thousands of employees. My acid test is would I hire the guy for my company? and the answer is yes. He is a keeper. Please treat him as well as he treated me.
