The technician gave a lot of attention to detail that previous technician didn’t do. He definitely cared about me getting a good result. He recommended pre treatment because of my dog. Carpet looked great and smelled really good

What do you like about our products and services?

This was my first time using the products and service of Zerorez and my experience was awesome. Terell and Thomas greeted me with a smile and a friendly handshake. Terell recommended that I get a deep clean to remove the stains and dirt from the high traffic areas and it worked quite well. My carpet in every room look and smell very nice. I highly recommend Zerorez to my family and friends. Great job! I will definitely call you back in two weeks to clean my other bedroom, iving room and tiles.

The high PH Alkaline water cleans very well without the use of soap. Its leaves my carpet fresh and clean with a film and almost dry.

Came through in last day crunch for us listing our home for sale. Rep did a thorough job. Carpet smelled great. Some spots seemed to reappear after fully dry, but overall, happy.

What do you like about our products and services?

The young man, Christian, who provided the service was professional,, polite, accommodating and did an excellent job cleaning my carpet. It was accomplished in a short time and the drying time did not take very long. I also like the idea that no chemicals were used. The whole process was quick ,easy and I was completely satisfied with the results and the young man who did the work.

Very prompt arrival, very courteous, listened to what I had to say, men wore foot covering to protect my floors. They discovered the issue that was wrong with my duct lining why I was getting so much fiberglass into my house. Can't thank you enough!!!!!
