The service technician was professional and courteous. He explained the process of what and how the cleaning would work. Very efficient. The cleaning of the carpet was above what we expected, since we had some extremely dirty areas where milk, coffee, other hard to remove stains had occurred. Area was pretreated and then used the applicator and vacuum wand to extract the area clean where stain was. Thanks Zerorez

The professionalism of the young man who cleaned my carpets. He carefully looked at the areas that needed cleaning and gave me a price upfront before he began. He did a great job. He let me look at the areas when he finished and asked if there were areas that needed to be redone. I also appreciated his protection of my figurines and pictures. He was very respectful and quietly listened to my concerns!
