I like that they use the empowered water and water pressure to clean instead of harsh detergent. They show you what they are doing when they start the process and tell you what to expect.
Our tech (Terrence?) was on time and very professional. He was courteous and very detailed. I have been in the, "Sales & Service business for over 35 years and I naturally notice details like this.
He was also very thorough with his work. (We had Zerorez come out last year in 2018 and our tech actually did a better job than the previous service tech.)

And although I am sure all your technicians are good...Aubriana is our girl!
I listen to the FISH tadio station. Back in June, after my first ever cleaning, I called Taylor and told her how happy I was. Several weeks later a friend of mine relayed that I was the “Zerorez commercial” on the station!! I was thrilled. Anytime you need a “face of Zerorez” I would do it!
