This is what I am sure everyone says but.... My carpet looks totally different and brand new! Tech showed up within the time frame and was friendly as well as professional. Carpet took much longer than expected to dry with the protective spray. Had planned on replacing the carpet thrpughout the house after this cleaning but the bedrooms and hallway look great, I'll only do the dining and living rooms, yay!
It was easy to schedule online and get pricing. The technician communicated everything they were going to do and showed me before and after pictures. I think if I would have done it before the winter season I may have saved in energy bills over the past few months. I highly recommend Zerorez for duct cleaning.
