I like the simple fact that you do not use soaps so there is no residue let in carpet to attract more dirt. You have always had professional knowledgeable staff. And Michael came this last time I had the service. And he did a fabulous job at addressing any concerns I had

The service was very good the gentleman politely explained everything before and after he was very good even though the machine he was using wasn't the best it broke during the process we had to wait for quite a while. We didn't feel it much because of him.
