Mick, our technician, arrived exactly as said and, he was conscientious enough to park his truck in a place that made it easy for anyone to get in and out of the driveway.
The very stained carpets that were cleaned look like new and smell better than new. I was amazed at how quickly the whole process worked. Zerorez is my new go to cleaning company.

The fact that it isn’t soap, so there is no residue to attract dirt back. Also like the pet treatment to get out pet urine smells.
