Zerorez is awesome. I had a small hand made turkish rug that some friends were throwing out because it had some stains on it. I asked if I could have it because I had heard about zerorez rug cleaning process.
Zerorez picked it up from me and delivered it back to me in perfect condition. The stains were gone and it was not expensive.
Not much not to like. However, I am not a fan of taking payment for a job not yet done as was the case when you picked up my 8x10 area rug for cleaning.
Loved the young man who cleaned our carpets! He was professional, explained the process, additional services and why he recommended them. Was in and out in about 30 minutes.
Loved how quickly the carpets dried as well.
