Jason was extremely nice and provided excellent customer service. My wool rug was cleaned for the first time- I didn't realize it was going to shrink so much!! The pad underneath stuck way out from underneath the rug. Jason and the other man who was with him (can't remember his name), offered to cut the pad so it would look nice and fit correctly.

The only thing I would say is to point out to customers that are having wool rugs cleaned for the first time, that their rug could shrink significantly. I hope this only happens with the first cleaning.

Scheduling was easy and prices very reasonable. The technician that did the job was named Jacob. He was very well informed on the process and went right to work. The 3 rooms and stairs were done within 90 minutes after he arrived. All the carpets look brand new.

I like that the technician was knowledgeable and he cared about the work that he was doing. The carpet turned out really nice and it is really soft since drying. I will never use anyone else again.
