Great communication from zerorz office representative on technician time of arrival and the professionalism of the service technician. All but a few minor spots are gone, the carpet was completely dry by the evening. Completely satisfied with the results will use again when needed.

The rugs look some better. The one on porch still has a few stains. Like coffee stain spots.
The one in the dining room seems to be stretched as the edges are rippled some and won’t lay flat. Other than those things, the handlers were courteous and they helped move table. They arrived in timely fashion, called ahead of their arrival, etc.
