Your service technician, Mr. Edley Lane, was very friendly, competent and professional. He took the time to go over the carpet, which is a 20 year old Berber, explained all of the available cleaning options and did an EXCELLENT JOB! We have 3 dogs who constantly shed and track in dirt and grime and all of the stains are gone, the carpet is very clean and smells fresh. My rating for Mr. Lane is a 10++++ and I have already referred your company and Mr. Lane to two of my friends. I will definitely use your services again.

I like the service. My area rug is cream wool and it turns out beautiful everytime. I like the gentleman who checked my area rug. Very pleasant and very knowledgeable. And I feel the price is very reasonable.

I have two very poorly house trained dogs. My carpets need constant upkeep. I was about to replace the carpet in the center hall and staircase but we used Zerorez for our clothes dryer vent cleaning and wanted to try them for carpet cleaning, also. I was shocked at the results. I have had these carpets cleaned many times and no one has ever done it this well. They look fabulous. I wish I had taken before and after photos of my center hall and stairs. I no longer feel compelled to replace the carpet. I would have had more carpets done but Zerorez has concerns about area rugs and specialty carpets and so the technician would not clean the rest. Please change your policies! Tye was awesome and a wonderful asset to Zerorez.
