Service was very prompt, Tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. major stain that had been in the carpet since I bought the house that no matter how much I treated it and how much I scrubbed it, it would not come out of the carpet. The Tech treated the spot with his normal cleaner (no special chemicals) and the stain came right up. I could not believe my eyes. Was quite stunned. Would recommend to family and friends.
