Client Testimonials

The service man was polite and helpful. The rugs looked great after he left. Thank you Zerorez.

We love that we were greeted with a professional, friendly, knowledgeable technician who served as a consultant and assessed our property and provided insight, education and reasonable recommendations. Our last technician ( I believe his name was Jarrett or Jared) was phenomenal. He took wonderful care of us and our carpet and was a pleasure to work with. He was very thorough and we are very pleased with the job he did. Thank you!!!

My mom was very pleased with her service.

Very professional. Technicians are knowledgeable and does a great job.

Courteous and removed stains

Technician excellent and very friendly. He did an excellent job

Technician did a good job and was friendly and helpful. Our only problem was the dry time. We thought it would take 4-8 hours to dry and it actually took more like 48 hours to dry. We still have a couple of areas that are damp - areas that were heavily soiled and took longer to clean, therefore were probably wetter. We hadn't counted on the 4 to 8 hour dry time, so it didn't matter to us, but if someone had guests coming, it could be a problem if carpets were not dry as anticipated.

They did a fantastic job! Moving into a house in which the previous owners had pets. All pet stains and odors are gone. Thank you!

Your technician was very knowledgeable and courteous. Stains that I thought couldn’t come out did!! As advertised there really isn’t any residue.

Great technician, Mike Pacheco!
