Your technicians, Abby Jeremiah N. and Sean were absolutely terrific and delightful to have on this job! And our carpets are sparkling clean. We are letting them dry for two days just to be sure. Abby and Sean really made sure the heavy duty spots were treated properly and came out shining like new. They got everything done in excellent time and order, and our house smells sweet and squeaky clean! They very professionally told me the cost of the extra items needed to make our carpets look, smell, and shine like new again.
Please put Abby Jeremiah and Sean down as the ones we would like to have come and do the carpets once a year - can you program that in your software somewhere - an annual cleaning with Abby and Sean? A reminder about this time each year would be great, and we'd love to have these two techs each time! Abby and Sean are winners!

They were very well mannered and respectful of our home. I loved seeing the picture image before and after. We live in 85 year old home and there was a lot of dust in those vents. Sleeping better knowing this is cleaner.

This was the second time I have used Zerorez and I am just as happy this time as I was the first. I have 3 dogs and each time I have used them I have paid a little extra to have my carpet sprayed with a fiber protection. I highly recommend them and will use them again.
