Whatever is in that special water works! The best part about that is the spots stayed gone. I waited to give this review to see if the spots came back because they were pretty bad on my cream color carpet. So happy they are gone gone gone. I also did not realize that my little older cat must have had some leakage I never saw and the techs showed me those with a special light. Got those out and stopped any possible spells that could have occurred by the reactivation by the cleaning. Happy about the fresh clean carpets. Thank you team Zerorez.

This service that I had on 9/28, Nathan did an outstanding job. He hit every corner, did the stair rises along with the steps, and all details were successfully cleaned. Their isn’t an odor left behind. Even the per treatment smelled fresh and the odor from that was completely gone within 24 hours. I prefer not to have scents so no odor to me is better than an artificial “fresh” scent. The rugs looked clean and the tech was very kind.
