I have used Zerorez for many years! I have always been pleased with the service for carpet cleaning. The carpet cleaning is outstanding but the most important thing to me is that the service techs are always VERY professional. I don't ever have any concerns or complaints about the techs. The techs are very attentive to my carpet areas of concern and I don't ever feel pressured to add any additional services that I don't want. I have used other companies before Zerorez and felt very uncomfortable with some the the techs tactics in my home. I would highly recommend Zerorez!

I was very impressed that they were able to get my stains out of my carpet that had been there for quite a while. I hadn't cleaned my carpet in years fearing the fragrance and chemicals would upset my lung disease and make my coughing worse. I was totally surprised that there was no fragrance or chemical odor at all. I could immediately be in my home without an issue. The guys was very polite and friendly and seemed to work well as a team. I'll use Zerores every year from now on. I'm glad they were recommended by 104.7 the fish.

If our carpet didn't come with a warranty I would've bought the extra coverage for sure. I was very impressed with the work Zerorez performed on my carpet. The cream colored carpet was very dirty with foot tracks, food and pet odor. The technician was very professional but personal. He explained what he is going to do and even show me how dirty the water was from cleaning my carpet. The carpet has regained it's natural color. I am very pleased with Zerorez and would highly recommend them to clean your carpet.
