The service technician deserves a ten. He made an effort to explain and cover each cost, ask any questions he needed to clarify, and was so pleasant. It was a difficult time for him as I had a small emergency to take care of just as he arrived. He handled everything so well!

Person did a great job on Cleaning the carpet. He was punctual, very polite and took all of the necessary precautions. One high traffic area was not as good as I'd hoped, but maybe it was as good as it could get.

Liked the fact that they explained clearly what they would be doing, made no mess in doing the work and were very pleasant to have around while doing the work! I drove to the Norcross location on Saturday, 11/02, to drop off an area rug to be repaired and cleaned. After I arrived, I found out the office wasn't open, but the guys who were there came outside to help me. They took my rug inside, got my name and number to have someone call and give me a quote when the office opened on Monday. They also got me a bottle of their empowered water. The service was above and beyond the call of duty. I couldn't have asked for better service and truly appreciate the time they took to help me.

The technician was great, I think his name was Byron, I am bad with names.

Removed all doors from the carpet and I have 5 animals. Lots of stains. Stains only a little better but the stains have been there for a while. Next time will try the recommendation of the stain pad

First and foremost, the technician arrived ON TIME and prepared to work. Not once did I see him on his phone checking emails or Instagram! lol
I especially like the way you guys follow-up. From the time I registered online until 30 minutes before the tech arrived...you guys sent reminder after reminder. That's GREAT customer service! I've already told my business associates about Zerorez. I'll be using you again.

My carpets are clean and soft after each service. No stiff residue left. My only suggestion would be if you could add a little scent to the empowered water. Thanks to your professional and courteous cleaners also.
