I like the fact that my carpet was cleaned thoroughly by technician. I have had my carpet cleaned before and too much water was put on carpet making it have an odor and several days to dry. Zerorez did not put too much water down while cleaning carpet.
My technician, Trell, was wonderful. Very nice, professional and thorough. The carpet looks great. I was disappointed that the company felt they could not clean my couch and chair with water so it was just sprayed with something and vacuumed. Not sure that did anything. But the carpet looks great.

As far as Zerorez is concerned, the price to spot clean is entirely too costly.
When rooms have so little showing carpet space, there should be a lesser charge.

Our technician Eric was very professional and informative. He demonstrated their process and I was amazed at the residue (dirt!) that was pulled from our carpets!
