Carlton steam cleaned our upstairs carpets. He is truly a gem and cheerful. Very knowledgeable about carpets and cleaning them. He was thorough - addressed every corner and any spots. He used the corner devices to buffer our walls from the hose. Our carpets haven't been this clean in a very long time. He explained the drying process and 30 day warranty. He also explained that Zerorez has a service that cleans area carpets. How awesome is that. We may try that service soon. Many thanks to Carlton.
