I honestly thought the carpets in our home should be replaced. Zerorez did such a great job of cleaning the carpets, they now look new. Seriously. Every spot or stain that irritated me so much is now gone, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results.

Carlton, our technician, was very professional and clear on how the Zerorez technology and process would work prior to starting the project. Moreover, he let me know upon completing a room / area so I could inspect and understand how stains had been cleaned. Also, prior to starting the project, he reviewed the plan and asked for my concurrence. Overall, he was excellent! I would highly recommend him and Zerorez.
