How quickly I was able to get an appointment. Secondly, the technician was knowledgeable and did a great job cleaning the upstairs carpets and most definitely the stairs which hadn't been cleaned in years. He was courteous and efficient.

Mr. Charles Jones was very personable and did an outstanding job. He seemed very methodical in his approach and did not rush through the cleaning process.
