Your staff is highly professional in what they do. The carpeted area looks great: an old carpet that now has new life. The area rug I sent into you came back after washing also looking like new. I like that little hint of soft fragrance in the rug. The men who delivered the rug put my table and chairs back in their usual position just as I instructed them. The young man who cleaned my carpet was good about answering my questions about carpets in general. Who could ask for any better service!
