The carpet was very dirty and I didn't expect that they could get it as clean as they did. I was as pleased as I was surprised. They didn't take long, were very professional and pleasant. I will continue using Zerorez.

Very efficient... carpets look amazing.
I'll be honest, I booked an appt for ZeroRez from a mailer. Then... I went and read your reviews and was seriously considering cancelling- the reviews were SO bad.
However, I went ahead with the scheduled appointment and thought I would just lose the $16 fee if the technician tried to charge me huge additional fees.
To my surprise, the technician was SO nice. Looked at everything, explained the process and asked me if I wanted additional pet treatment. I agree to that and paid a little for the stairs. All in, only $100 extra which I thought was reasonable for the pets.
That being said, I WOULD recommend them. Carpets were clean, dried super-fast, no smells, and tech was awesome.
Jacob was a great technician and we liked him very much. The carpets looked great. However, 36 hours after, we have carpet wrinkles in 2 out of 3 rooms that were not there prior to cleaning the carpets. We were extremely pleased until we saw the wrinkles after Jacob had left. We anticipated the situation resolving when carpet was dry, but it did not happen.

I like that it dries fast and the carpet looks new when it's been cleaned. This last visit wasn't as clean as times before in the high traffic areas and for that reason I was a bit disappointed with the outcome. I will still use the company for future cleaning
