I had white carpet cleaned but a stain (muddy water that dried) did not come out. I called and dit was easy to schedule an appointment to address the stain concern. The stain was trated and is now gone. Great job!!!

Katrecha provided friendly and efficient service. In & out faster than I imagined. The only disappointment I had was she didn't leave me a spray bottle of Zerorez spot remover. I find it extremely helpful for those touch ups that always need to be done.
