I am thoroughly pleased with ZeroRez and would Highly Recommend them to anyone needing carpet cleaning service. He addressed my concerns about heavily stained areas I thought would never be removed and provided me with tips on upkeep to extend the life, but best of all the carpets look like new!!!! I could not have imagined a better service or customer experience as a consumer. It was also very fast 3 bedrooms, hallway, stairs and living room in just a short few hours clean, nearly dry and looking great. Thanks!!!!
