My technician’s name was Corey. I’ve used zero Rez several times. This is the best. My carpet has ever looked all spots removed lines in the carpet so satisfying, but even on the carpet stairs, he cleaned both the back and the step of each stair. I was very impressed with his workmanship. He was able to complete four rooms a hallway and stairs in an hour and a half with the water extracted and my carpet dried quickly.
