Overall great experience! I appreciated the ease of submitting a request online, and the confirmation text the day before was helpful. My technician did arrive over an hour early which we made work, but it was a little stressful because it messed up our plans for our dog. (Much prefer early to late though!) The technician was patient while we got the dog sorted, and he did a thorough and efficient job. I would definitely hire again and would recommend to anyone needing carpet cleaning!
