Easy to book online, though a little confusing when needing to pick certain options. Easy communication via text leading up to the appt and afterwards. Techs came back at no charge to fix thermostat issue caused by a wire that was loosened during cleaning. Upsold on a few things during the service that cost $500+ extra, which wasn’t a great feeling, though I suppose the services were needed. Would recommend.

I love that it is soap free! My carpets used to get dirty fast because of all the soap left in the carpets. (The “special water” gift is so appreciated…I use it for spot treatment.) Riley was our service person and was polite, fast and thorough! Best job ever. We will never have anyone other than Zerorez!

Technician was very informative, good at his job and uses good products that smell nice. This is the second time I've used them and I'm very happy with the result. My dog peed all over the carpet and it went all the way into the padding. Zerorez gets the smell out. Thank you so much!
If the service is not needed, zerorez will not perform the service. They have integrity which is lacking in this industry. They charge you only if the service is needed.

Sean was the Technician who serviced our home. He did a fantastic job. He was an effective communicator, wonderful personality and represented the company well.
Sean did an excellent job in our Family, Dining & Piano Room. However, the office has 2 areas that need to He re-done. This room did not smell fresh and had excess water.
