The cleaning results are #1. I also like that not chemicals or detergents are used to be left behind. I also like that the process pulls about 90% of the liquid out of the carpet and the dry time is the shortest of any company I've used. The staff is very professional and friendly, both the technician and the office staff. They are on-time and keep you posted by phone or text of any delays and always contact you when they are 10-15 minutes away. I've been a Zerorez customer since 2002 and recommend them highly.

U work til I’m satisfied
Your products are quite effective. Your service man was very thorough in his cleaning. Usually we have our carpets done in the spring of the year, but all of these other things doing on, we had to delay for a few months. Naturally the carpets kept getting dirtier than they normally would. This caused no problem for our service provider. We are very pleased with the results of the service . We are equally pleased with how professional our service man was. We are quite pleased with your company's work.

The carpet cleaning was handled professionally and efficiently. Some of the edges like around the fireplace were missed. I didn't see it until after the carpet dried.
