I don't remember the technician that serviced my home but he was great! He was really thorough in checking my carpet, got in his hands and knees scrubbing an unknown stain 😳 and gave me tips on maintaining my carpet. He was just an all around great person that I'd definitely want to service my carpet the next time! Him exactly😂

Our technician was great! He explained what he was going to do, suggested things that we should try with having a toddler in the house who loves to be on the floor. He was honest about services we needed or didn't need, as well as give us suggestions for future services. Carpet looked better than expected and the drying time was ideal!!

Time to replace carpet but after getting it cleaned this time I will be waiting a little longer to replace.
