There was some confusion with the pickup schedule....I was given the wrong day for pickup and I was given a lower estimate of cost and not told that payment in full was expected at pick up. And after hosting a competitor at our business to do an on-site evaluation, then never receiving a quote to clean our carpets in return, the decision was simple. I've worked with your company in the past, and the results and service is still outstanding. There were a few stains in our carpet which caused us to think we'd have to replace it, but now it looks like they were never there to begin with. We inherited some hidden pet urine spots that our mini schnauzer was very quick to find and mark as her own: We later allowed a cat to stay with us who also took to the carpet in an undesired way. Our upstairs carpet smelled so bad we had to start sleeping downstairs. I spent a few hundred dollars researching and trying out different cleaning products, many of them labeled as enzymatic and even probiotic, but none kept the smell away for more than a day. Nearly a week after Zerorez, our house just keeps smelling better and better! The technician who came out was extremely nice and relatable. He was more than happy to take a few extra passes over our “problem” spots, going above and beyond whenever he could. I’m also the type of homeowner who likes to ask questions about how things work, and he was quick to show and tell about the process as he performed it. Take it from someone who has tried the DIY route... zerorez is worth it. The power their truck provides does way more than any rental or even highly rated “miracle” products on the market today. Save yourself some time, energy, and headaches.
