Our technician, Roderick, was terrific! He was extremely professional and diligent to clean my carpets as best he could. He tried to upsell his services, yet he did so professionally without pressure. He was so very polite and went to great measure to clean stubborn stains. His work was impeccable and his personable ways were so enjoyable. We felt we'd made a friend in him! Great employee, representing a great product!

I have been a return customer for many years and will continue to do so...even though I wasn't 100% satisfied on my last service, I will continue to use this service in the future. Even though the service rep requested that I inspect his work, I believe it's tough to see if the work is satisfactory before the carpet has dried...I noticed a significant-sized spot after the carpet had dried.

Emmanuel did the best job of all the employees so far. Which is saying a lot. My husband who usually doesn't say much after the carpets are cleaned said the carpet really looks much better this time. I really appreciate the attention to detail Emmanuel gave to ensuring our carpets were clean.
