Service technician was friendly, explained the process and got right to work. He was done in a timely way. Our 14 year old carpet looks much better when he completed the work and it smelled great. I will have Zerorez back for additional cleanings as needed. Excellent work at a fair price.

It was easy to make an appointments and select the services I wanted. Day of appointment the technician was actually able to come a little early, which never happens. My carpet and sectional were thoroughly cleaned and protected and I was able to use a coupon to save myself some money.
