Radareus was our service tech; he has Excellent customer service, promptly arrived after texting to saying a tech was on their way. Radareua also pointed out that we have carbon staining and recommended we get the ducts cleaned. We will definitely use zerorez again!
Very powerful cleaning
Our appointment was as seamless and efficient as one could have hoped for. The representative showed up on time, clearly explained what was to occur and got straight to work. Our carpet hasn't looked this good since we first installed especially after the abuse of three young children and their stains that are no longer present. We couldn't be happier with our experience and look forward to working with Zerorez again in the near future.
