When I saw the truck in the neighborhood I asked the technician if he could clean one bedroom carpet for me. He checked with the dispatcher, gave me a reasonable price and came over when he completed the current job. My first experience was a great one. My carpet technician was on time, professional and dressed In company uniform so I could easy identify him. When I answered the door he stood back for social distancing and identified himself. Upon inviting him in he placed covers on his shoes inside the door to assess the job. He asked .e if this was my first time, I replied, Yes. He said, I will explain the process. I knew I made the right choice. I had my area rugs cleaned and he explained that process as well. The areas were prepped and he explained as he went. After he cleaned an area, I was asked if it was Tony satisfaction before he continued. What a great experience!!!👏👏👏 Thank you, Taylor for the referral.

The representative did an excellent investigation of my condo's air duct system. He showed me pictures of the inside of the ducts and told me they were clean and I really did not need to be cleaned. Honesty and sincerity is one of their many customer services they provide. They are #1 on my list.

Jason, the technician who came out to my house. He was the best representative for the company and why I had such a positive experience. He told me he’s been in the business 9 yrs and he’d do his best to work with the cleaner to get my dark stain out.
He called me 15 min prior to each delivery, he’s really personable and makes you feel instantly comfortable and comforted - that he’s in your corner.

The rug came back and the stain was much improved! I had low expectations and was happily surprised!

Lastly. The phone operator needs to be better trained. I asked her if I should keep the stain wet/moist until the carpet got picked up 2 days later. She told me no. However, Jason thought that it might’ve been best to keep the stain “wet”. She was very nice, but having the correct information from the onset would’ve been ideal.

BEST PART IS THAT CARPET DRIED VERY QUICKLY. NO MORE SLOSHING THOUGH WET RUGS AND HAVING TO LAY TOWELS DOWN TO WALK ON.
