Space of seats and theater
First I would like to give a heart felt compliment to the manager named Morris Pierce. It was my family first time coming to visit your brand new theater and as we were walking to the concessions here comes Morris smiling asking how we were doing and if we we had any questions. I was extremely pleased with how friendly he was. I was able to retrieve my food and headed to the theater. Now, here comes the reason I wanted to express my graditude towards him. We were watching our movie and suddenly everything turned off and the fire alarm started going off. We were asked by police officers and employees to evacuate your theater. Now I was extremely concerned since I did not know what was happening. As I was in the hallway walking to exit your building I saw Morris talking on his head piece giving direction to his staff members. We randomly made eye contact and he smiled and told me everything was going to be fine as he continued to give direction and rushing into auditoriums. Time passed and we told we could come back in and they would start the movie from where it left off. After the movie ended we were making our ways to the front of the building to exit. We ran into Morris again, but this time there were a few non understanding customers rudely approaching him asking for refunds. I then was able to talk to him and he was still smiling and apologized for everything. Despite everything that happened and all the rude customers that approached him he remained completely professional and continued to smile.I just want to show him my appreciation to him. It takes a lot to have that self control. Trust me I know. We will definitely be back to your theater. I don't know if this message will reach him but I'm glad that he was there to handle the situation that occurred.
We had a very nice experience at the concessions. She seemed nervous but friendly and outgoing. She asked about our day as her partner was getting our items.

The variety of the things available to do while you're there is spectacular. I love the reclining seats!

Loved the seating and large armrest to put our popcorn on it so we didn't have to hold it the whole time

Love the self service for tickets. Overall a great place. Only negative is the traffic going in and out and parking.

The theater
I visited Casa Blanca and it was a wonderful experience except, we were forced to evacuate the theater and in return for this inconvenience we were promised free movie tickets. I have called the movie theater customer service line several times and have not been able to reach anyone to ask about how to obtain these tickets. Please assist with this. Thank-you
