Fix the ticket dispenser. It shoots the tickets out and it lands on the floor making people have the bend over and exercise lol. Also please fix the glitch with the reward? For some reason having difficulty with mine. The customer service said sometimes it doesn't work with the phone number. Well then do something else other than phone number.

Most was great. Except friend never got her wine or water delivered. Had to ask 4 times. Last time 30 minutes before movie ended they finally brought her water and said was out of wine age wanted. Was very disappointed

What I like about santikos is the customer service. They are fast and understanding to their customers. I would definitely recommend it to family and friends.
