Many extremely helpful personnel in all areas. I found my Santikos rewards card after ticket and snack purchases and even was explained how to have points registered to me. We were overly impressed and will return!!

The new kiosks & the reclining seats. Dont love the one bathroom but maybe I havent found the others yet. Also, the kiosk cant find my tickets when I purchase tickets for multiple nights through fandango. Fix that-lol! Otherwise....AWESOME THEATRE!!

The theater had additional items such as cafe, ice cream, coffee, bar, and bowling lanes. The theater chairs were very comfortable, the location letters on the steps made it very easy to find your seats, and I just loved the space between seats for people to walk in and out of row.

The food is delicious and the seating is amazing with plenty of room to walk through even with those who are reclined in their seat. Also the employees seemed well trained in customer service. I feel like I'm in first class on an airplane, great job!

Very fan friendly. I feel like everything about the theatre was designed with the customer in mind. It's so comfortable like watching a movie in your living room but in a state of the art theatre. Also the technology is awesome.

Variety of theatre seats. The luxury of a senior citizen father who can recline and enjoy a movie while taking his mind off the tailbone pain from cancer therapy. Thank you Santikos for giving my dad some pleasure back in his life!
