Diversity of clientele - I see young, middle aged, and senior people, diversity of race and sex, and clients who have disabilities, Down’s syndrome, etc.

The people working the front desk are friendly. The play area for kids is well maintained, nicely sized, and staffed by great people. The rest area with wifi near the front door is great for adults. The gym area is perfect for almost all of my workout plans. The locker room is more than adequate. I love the swimming area for the kids.

Signing up online is extremely easy and canceling is also.
All of the staff is so very helpful and friendly.

Warm pool and family locker rooms are perfect for my preschool granddaughter and me!

Child care is great! The teachers are kind and supportive, the hours are convenient, and the location is great! There are endless activity options for my child, and the ability to change activities monthly is helpful for a preschooler.

I use the workout area weights & machines and can usually get my workout done in a reasonable amount of time.
Our kids like the pools, both indoor and outdoor.
Activities my daughters have tried have been inconsistent in quality.

I love the group exercise classes, and the availability of locker rooms to shower. I also enjoy the lounge for doing work on my laptop before the workout class.
