The lifeguards at the outdoor pool in WC are amazing. Always scanning, never distracted. I feel very safe there with my young child.

Friendly staff and I especially like the new open play pingpong activity. Would be nice if it was advertised a bit more; most of my Y friends were not aware the program existed.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

The Fit Lite class followed by Gentle Yoga is at ideal times on Tuesdays and Thursdays from approximately 9 AM to 11:30. Older participants receive aerobic and strength building for the entire body at a slower pace to prevent injuries. It draws many seniors also because it’s fun! Thanks!

Fitness rooms are clean and have plenty of equipment (maybe a dedicated calf machine?). Pool is great!

My only suggestions is to have more lap swim time available and to make sure pool closures are posted across all media.

I like the fact that I can sign up for a single class as opposed to a series of classes. It allows me ti fit it into my fluctuating work schedule I can try different things to see what I like.
