I love the instructors in the classes I take. They are friendly and professional. I have learned a lot about the benefits of specific exercises. I wouldn’t have the commitment to do these exercises on my own.
However, a few issues have come up recently that may be a glitch in the technology update. I recently received 2 reminders that I should cancel classes that I am not able to attend. But, I did attend both of those classes. It has also happened to a few of my friends who attended classes yet got the reminder that they should cancel classes they are unable to attend. I’m also receiving the instructor rating request when I go to register for a current class for classes that I took months ago.

I like the E gym program. Donna and Tony are outstanding with guidance and very kind . They encourage me to stay healthy through their actions and positive reinforcement. I just love this program and rave about it to all my family and friends.

I think the Equipment is terrific. Also a very friendly, social atmosphere that starts at the Front Desk

The instructors are very good, there is a good number of classes to pick from, there is a nice variety of activities for all ages. The classes are great!

We haven't started using the programs yet, however, was very impressed with the level of professionalism and care the employees shown.

Small class size, individual attention, positive attitude and encouragement.

My daughter loves summer camp and swim lessons. She also loves child watch. I really enjoy Body Pump classes

Swim programs are great!

Livestrong, the E-gym, the aqua classes (although you need more of them). I’ve actually enjoyed every class I’ve taken there.

Great pickleball.

I almost exclusively use the equipment in the Wellness Center. The center is well stocked with a variety of exercise equipment and related items. Staff is on hand to assist as needed. The entire facility is immaculate. I go almost daily and see a lot of others who do as well. You see people of all ages working out. West Chester YMCA is perfect for me!

We are new (again after a pause) and have been delighted by the tour and introduction to the fitness equipment. The gentleman who gave us the wellness orientation upstairs was kind enough to take extra time with my daughter and I to explain how to use each piece of equipment. While we still look like newbies up there we at least know what we are supposed to use them for and how to change the settings.
