Simply the layout of the facility and the flexibility it provides . O have not done any activities yet.., soon
I love the Les Mills classes. Please add more of them! Grit, Attack, Flow would be great. Morning times would be great! I love that you added an Aqua HIIT class (it seems like it is for a younger crowd I hope) but I have not be able to try it yet b/c the times don't work for me. A morning time would be great for that! Thank you for also having a great child watch and kid zone area - my kids love it!
Great price for a variety of programs!
Scheduling and family focus. Diversity and inclusion.
A wonderful atmosphere with friendly and helpful employees!
I like that there’s something for everyone, and that all ability levels are made to feel welcome.
Convenient times: wonderful trained teachers: friendly staff: great facility!
The Y has great classes
I love that my kids have a safe place to be active and make friends. They are both on the Marlins (they joined in 2015) and they are truly better kids for their participation on the team. Coach Barry, Coach Mack, Coach Katie, Coach Cindy, Coach Danielle, and all of the rest of the coaching staff are amazing. My husband and I get to stay active and make friends too.
equipment is very diversified friendly staff
Your group exercise instructors are knowledgeable, friendly, and provide an excellent workout.
Enjoy the organized classes
We just joined this month
My son likes swim and indoor play with friends. And also he really loves his main teacher!
We liked your initiative of trying to bring youth together with open mic/poetry slam.
There are plenty of group exercise options to choose from and they are offered at convenient times! I attend gentle yoga, barre, and zumba.
In addition, all the instructors, receptionists, admin staff are very welcoming and friendly!
Thank you Y!
The West Chester Y has so much more equipment (that was actually useful) and more room to workout in then the tiny\overcrowded KSQ Y that I usually attend. I always enjoy visiting the WC Y and wish it was closer to my work\home then the KSQ Y.
Not familiar with Programs and Activities so no comment.
Friendly staff, great facilities, very close to home.
Diverse classes offered at a variety of times. Extensive child care options.
I like that it is clean and not fussy
Good variety, excellent class instruction
Variety of classes and never have to wait long for a machine
I mainly swim and run. I train with Leslie Seifert and she is great and now she also trains my grandchildren. We all love the Y
The instructors are amazing and the members are so friendly.
Varied classes, decent times availabile.
No one could ask for more at the Y. There is something for every age group and diverse abilities. Are you a year old or approaching 100 years old-- check out the Y, they've got it all and they are waiting to see YOU.
I appreciate the friendliness of the staff. The people in childcare are so wonderful with my kids; they greet them by name!
The facility is always clean and organized. Plus, I like that swim lessons are offered; learning to swim is so important!
Staff members are pleasant and helpful.
Lots of opportunities to be active, and improve health & fitness for all family members. Children learn how to play sports and be part of a team.
Talented and professional class instructors in a friendly setting. I split my Y-time between Lionville and West Chester. Both have excellent facilities (even before the R&M week) and I’m very happy to be a member with the Greater Brandywine network. I think the point of these surveys is probably more to hear constructive criticism but I don’t have any-in conversation I find myself frequently mentioning and recommending the Y to coworkers and friends looking to join or change gyms.

Great staff, clean facilities, always helpful with staying fit
